Lead Teacher and Education Coordinator (One opening, beginning Spring or Summer 2026)
Mountain Bluebells Preschool and Nursery Center is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher and Education Coordinator for the 2026–2027 school year, with onboarding and training starting in the spring and summer. This position will design, implement, and guide a mixed-age group of children (3 months to 7 years) in a nature-rich, home-based environment incorporating a blend of Waldorf and LifeWays pedagogy into the curriculum. This leadership role combines hands-on teaching with curriculum planning, staff mentorship, and family engagement. The ideal candidate has experience with early childhood education, a commitment to outdoor, play-based learning, and possesses strong collaborative skills. Responsibilities include daily caregiving, leading seasonal activities, and participating in school events. Mountain Bluebells actively supports ongoing professional development and encourages creative expression in teaching and caregiving.

Teacher's Aide (One Immediate Opening)
Mountain Bluebells Preschool has an immediate opening for a warm, reliable Teacher’s Aide who genuinely enjoys caring for young children and supporting a joyful, nurturing classroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, present, enjoys being outdoors, and values working as part of a close-knit team.
This position supports our Lead Teacher in caring for children ages 3 months to 6 years, helping the day flow smoothly through play, routines, and shared responsibilities. No two days are the same, and we value flexibility, kindness, and a willingness to help where needed.
